Join us at the Dante Alighieri Society in Cambridge on November 17th for food and drink and an intimate preview of the 47th annual Christmas Revels, proudly set this year among the busy streets and canals of Renaissance Venice!
With delicious breads, cheeses and desserts from Eataly and with a glass of fine Italian wine in your hand you will enjoy a night of glorious love songs and beautiful music featuring our star performers, amazing period instruments and a charming children’s chorus. In addition, our sword dancers will perform the mysterious Bal do Sabre dance from Bagnasco in the Piedmont region of Italy.
Patrick Swanson (Artistic Director of The Christmas Revels) will be on hand to fill in some of the details of this rich Italian themed holiday celebration including colorful illustrations from past productions.
