GETTING TO THE THEATER:
Sanders Theatre/Memorial Hall is located at 45 Quincy Street, near the corner of Oxford and Kirkland Street and is accessible by bus and by T (Harvard Square on the Red Line). It is 5 minute walk from Harvard Square. Directions to Sanders Theatre.
FREE PARKING at the Broadway Garage!
FREE PARKING is available for Revels patrons at the nearby Broadway Garage (7 Felton Street), an above ground garage. Just say "I'm going to the Revels!" Felton Street is accessible from Cambridge Street. The Broadway Garage opens one hour before the performance until one hour after.
In the event that the Broadway Garage should fill, overflow parking is available at the 52 Oxford Street Garage (52 Oxford Street), a below ground garage (entrance opposite Everett Street, at a traffic light).
Revels very rarely cancels performances due to weather related reasons. Please assume the event will go on as scheduled. Sanders Theatre is conveniently accessible by public transportation from most directions in Greater Boston and free covered parking is available to ticket holders.
In the highly unlikely event a performance is cancelled, the decision will be communicated no later than noon (10am for days with 1pm matinees) on the day of the event(s). Notice will be provided here and by recorded message at 617-972-8300. Notice will also be provided by the Harvard Box Office per their policies. If a cancellation occurs, further information will be provided to ticket holders which may include options for exchanging tickets for a future performance on a space-available basis, donating the value of unused tickets for charitable donation credit, or refund according to Harvard Box Office policies.
There is no accessible parking at Sanders Theatre itself. Patrons may be dropped off in the circular drive off of Kirkland Street. Drivers should proceed to the Broadway Garage or 52 Oxford Street lot. A limited number of accessible parking spaces may be available in nearby lots. To arrange for an accessible parking space in advance please contact:
The Harvard University Parking Office: 617-495-3772 and/or
University Disability Services: 617-495-1859 or firstname.lastname@example.org
This year, Revels will be collecting food for the Greater Boston Food Bank. Donations can be brought to the product table in the lobby during The Christmas Revels. The Food Bank accepts non-perishable, dried or canned foods, grains, cereals, pastas, etc. For a full list of their most desired food items and their general guidelines, go here. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
