Job: This is a very important job, helping to keep everyone safe and things running smoothly backstage. We really appreciate any help you can give in covering the shifts.
Please arrive 2 hours before the performance and plan to stay 1/2 hour after the show ends. The show runs about 2.5 hours. You should expect to have to test and mask for this position.

Job: Help load props, set pieces, etc. in to Sanders Theatre and into the truck. No one under 18 for this job.

Load In and Load Out volunteers can receive tickets for themselves and one guest to attend the Midwinter Revels dress rehearsal performance on Thursday, December 11th, at 7:30pm.
Job: Can you iron? Re-attach a button? Tack up a hem? Get a cast member into a mummers’ costume? Then sign up to with costume during the Midwinter Revels performances. Experience with hand sewing and ironing is preferred. Please arrive 2 hours before the performance and be prepared to stay until after the performance ends. The show runs about 2.5 hours.

Costume volunteers will receive tickets for themselves and one guest to attend the Midwinter Revels dress rehearsal performance on Thursday, Dec. 11th at 7:30pm
Job: Help feed the cast! On double show days, we serve a meal to the cast and crew. We need help with setup, serving, and cleaning up. There is a bit of heavy lifting moving folding tables. Expect to stand or walk most of the shift.

Company Meal volunteers will receive tickets for themselves and one guest to attend the Midwinter Revels dress rehearsal performance on Thursday, Dec. 11that 7:30pm
Job:
Support the Midwinter Revels cast and crew (and make them very happy!) by contributing homemade or bought dessert items for their meal on double show days. Please prepare 2 dozen (or more!) servings. Keep in mind, we are not set up to store items that require refrigeration or must be kept frozen. An no nuts, please!

Job: Help sell books and recordings in the lobby before and after Midwinter Revels performances. Volunteers should be in the lobby 1 hour before the performance for training. Please allow enough time to arrive, park, check in, go to the restroom, etc. so that you’re ready to go one hour before showtime.
Sales occur before the show, at intermission (our busiest time!), and at the end of the show. We’ll do our best to find you a seat, but if none are available you can stand in the back to watch the show. (There is a lot of standing during this job).

Time: 1 hour before performance start time.
Job: Sell raffle tickets before and at the end of the Midwinter Revels performance. The show runs about 2.5 hours minutes. An outgoing and friendly personality is helpful! Thank you for helping with this important fundraiser to support Revels!
Volunteers should be in the lobby 1 hour before the performance for training. Please allow to allow enough time to arrive, park, check in, go to the restroom, etc. so that you can be at the sales tables, ready to train one hour before showtime.

Job: Be willing to take any of the following jobs if there is a late cancellation: Security Desk, Product Sales, Raffle Sales. Also, if floating on a double show day, assist with the cast meal.

Job: May we contact you if we need help at Sanders Theatre on short notice? If so, then add your name to this list. Please know, adding your name does not mean you accept a shift, just that we may call or text if we are in a bind. (And boy, will we be grateful to you!!)
