Jobs: Assist with tasks such as set up & decorating, info & food tables, or clean up.

Christmas Revels Volunteer Jobs
Still Needed! Raffle Ticket sales during The Christmas Revels
Job: Collect raffle tickets in the theater and lobby during intermission and at the end of The Christmas Revels performances. Raffle tickets will be in every program handed out to patrons this year. We need people to move through the lobby and theater to collect tickets and money. Volunteers arrive 1 hour before the performance. Volunteers may watch the performance standing at the back of the theater. (There is a lot of standing during this job). An outgoing and friendly personality is helpful!

Still Needed! Product sales during The Christmas Revels
Job: Help sell books and recordings in the lobby before and after The Christmas Revels performances. Volunteers arrive 1 hour before the performance. Sales occur before the show, during intermission and at the end of the show. Volunteers may watch the performance standing at the back of the theater. (There is a lot of standing during this job).

Still Needed! Backstage Costume Support
Job: Costume repairs, sewing and ironing during The Christmas Revels performances. Hand sewing and ironing experience is a must!
Time: Various shifts. Volunteers arrive 2 hours before the performance and work throughout the performance.

Costume volunteers can receive tickets for themselves and one guest to attend The Christmas Revels dress rehearsal performance on Thursday, December 15th, at 7:30pm.
Job: Help load props, set pieces, etc out of Sanders Theatre and then into the Revels Warehouse in Somerville.

Time: 4pm-9pm
Location: Sanders Theatre and the Revels Warehouse, 40 Alston Street, Somerville, MA
Load out volunteers can receive tickets for themselves and one guest to attend The Christmas Revels dress rehearsal performance on Thursday, December 15th, at 7:30pm.
Cast Potluck Set-up and Clean-up
Job: Help with potluck meal for Christmas Cast on days when there are two performances. Set up for the potluck and stay to clean up after the potluck is over.

Job: Help with food prep, set up, staffing tables and/or clean up for this annual donor appreciation party.

Wassail Party Bakers
Job: Bake or prepare finger food treats for the Wassail Party
Day: To be ready for the evening of Thursday, Dec 22nd

Office Support
Support Revels with specific office and computer tasks. Database skills and experience with software programs such as MS Excel, InDesign, Photoshop, Fireworks, and Raiser's Edge are desired.Time: Weekdays, daytime hours. A minimum commitment of twice per month is requested.
