Perkins School for the Blind Summer Celebration
Since 2001, Revels has partnered with the Perkins School, our neighbor in
Watertown, to present a preview program of music and dance from The Summer Revels.
This annual collaboration between the Perkins Upper School Chorus and the Summer
Revels Chorus, along with David Coffin, features Summer Revels musicians and
Mulberry Morris, and has become a treasured event on the Revels calendar. The
mixed ensemble of sighted and non-sighted actors, singers and dancers provides
a powerful and moving experience for students, parents, teachers, and Revels
performers alike. The annual Perkins/Summer Revels performance takes place in
Dwight Hall at the Perkins School in late May.
