Please join the Harvard Square Business Association, Actors' Shakespeare Project, the Cambridge Public Library, Revels, Zumix and all of Harvard Square's book stores for the Fifth Annual Bookish Ball and Shakespeare’s Birthday Celebration. This free, family friendly festival will feature book store strolls, live music, dancing, performances, birthday cake and a sidewalk procession led by Curious George!  Revellers who want to be in the procession will begin by gathering at the Cambridge Public Library on Broadway at 11:30am. At noon you can carry a Revels flag as we process to Harvard Square where we will stop in front of the newly reopening of Curious George for a ribbon cutting ceremony. There will be an instant reading of a text to be read simultaneously around the world. If you are interested in carrying a Revels flag in the procession, you can sign up here.
