Revels Repertory Company Volunteer Assistants

Revels Repertory Company (Revels Rep) is Revels touring ensemble. It presents 12 to 15 community and school programs each year throughout southern New England. Two volunteers are needed to help the director, Kay Dunlap, with marketing and production tasks.

Marketing and Administrative Assistance
• help with follow-up of sponsors
• detail-oriented office work with Revels Rep data-base
• marketing mailings
• photocopying

Available to work in the Revels office on Thursday afternoons perhaps twice a month. Might not be needed as much in the summer. Exact schedule to be created with director.

Production Assistance

• assist with loading props in and out of Somerville warehouse for some performances
• assist with simple repairs of props and occasional searches for new props
• attend 3 or 4 Thursday night rehearsals (7:15 to 9:30) to take notes when Patrick Swanson is directing rehearsal
