Spring Sing
A Family Celebration of the Vernal Equinox
Celebrate the arrival of spring amidst forsythia blossoms and sprigs of green at this joyful family event featuring lots of community singing, refreshments, and entertainment by children from our Spring Workshop.
Revels music director George Emlen hosts the celebration featuring legendary folksinger Tony Barrand, Revels favorite David Coffin, soloist Jamie Jaffe and a fine band of musicians. We'll sing lots of seasonal songs from the Revels songbook, A Revels Garland of Song*. Children from the Revels Spring Workshop will perform a traditional Pace-Egging Play and a festive Garland dance. The evening ends with delicious homemade refreshments. We hope you can join us!
