ALAN CASSO

Alan Casso, director
of marketing and public relations, joined Revels in 1987 after
spending seven years in New York freelancing in theater and dance
production.Ý He handles all public relations and the marketing
of Revels theatre productions and its product division, Revels
Records, and is responsible for Revels web site content and management.
Mr. Casso coordinates and supervises all ticket sales related
to productions and program book sponsorships and advertising sales.
Mr. Casso catalogues Revels performance archives including articles,
images, audio recordings and videotapes. He serves as publicity
and management liaison with other Revels managers across the country.
In addition to his
work with Revels, Mr. Casso is a founding member of "Dances By
Isadora, Inc." a non-profit dance company dedicated to the preservation
of early modern dance, particularly the technique and repertoire
of Isadora Duncan and serves on their Board of Directors. Since
1997 Mr. Casso has volunteered his time with The Hospitality Program
of Boston, a non-profit social service organization. Mr. Casso
recently retired as a member of The Hospitality Program's Board
of Directors.
He has a BS in Broadcasting
and Film from Boston University and a Masters in Communication
and Media Management from Emerson College.
